well... it started off interesting. i can't exactly say why it began so interesting, lets just say... i did something with which i didn't know whether to laugh or to cry... because i was doing both. I have to say it was amusing to two others. Hell, it was amusing to myself... anyway, so before my husband had to go to his afternoon meeting with his co-workers, (which i wanted to go too, but the incident from earlier made me think second thoughts). Right as he walked out the door, the incident was fixed, and I felt safe in public again. after that, we come home to a typical...somewhat boring afternoon. he was working on his paper, and i decided i wanted to watch a movie. we were debating on what movie to watch, and I was about to make leftovers. right as i sat back down because i had no idea how i was going to put miso soup, apples, and whatever was going to be added to that, together. he got a call from his friend saying he would like us to meet his wife who flew down here, and that they would like to take us to dinner. I quickly agreed, because i love when people feed me (funny, i dont eat much, ever, unless i'm on an unusual binge). my husband and i were outside waiting, i was talking about the recent irritation stuff (again) and humming mika nakashima's 'blood'. we talked a bit on the way, and my husband and i held hands the whole time. i have to say right there was unusual. such affectionate actions were rarely used. we had no idea as to where we were headed, only the direction. midway through the ride, the wife said it was a steakhouse. automatically, my mind flashed (expensive). at least, expensive for myself lol. well, the outside of the restaurant didn't look all that interesting. Some of the letters of the sign were dimmed, and i was thinking... "huh?"
interestingly enough, things turned out wonderfully. in fact, i was afraid to get anything off the menu because little on the menu was under $30. the inside was fairly 'fancy'. Having not been to many fancy 'expensive' restaurants, I kept asking my husband what i should get. the friends decided to share theirs, so he and i did the same. we picked out the sirloin steak and lobster. I got a tea and a mudslide to drink (orgasmic i'm telling you!) and he got coffee. the sides were beans (tasted like homemade chili rather than normal beans, had a nice kick to it), coleslaw, and of course they had dinner rolls. he got mashed potatoes with cream gravy, and i got a baked potato....mmmm... the steak, we had decided to get medium rare, because i was not going to eat mine rare like he did. splitting it was enough, because they gave a lot of food. the sides were free refills, and I was absolutely in love with the bit i had. (of course, i kept aside about half my lobster, so i could share a fraction of it with r'asha) and then it was time for desert... they got a fresh key lime pie, and he ordered a lava cake... again... orgasmic. it wasn't long by that point, that i was sleepy. we had gotten there a little after 1900, and it was 2125 by the time we were ready to leave. no one could stop complimenting the food, and the waitress was very sweet. the friend paid for it, and i wished i could have helped. we headed back home, and i gave r'asha a tiny bit before i nibbled on the rest of it.
what would have made the night better was if my left arm didn't go out on me, making me use my right hand. grr.
so, it seems we are not watching a movie, he is on the other pc...supposed to be working on the paper but he's not lol.
so... yeah... interesting. i wasn't even a mute tonight, i talked! hehe...

Hehe... i know, right?? oh, and i couldn't text back, my phone was being stupid again... i tried to tell you that thing was solved before 1330 yesterday. i remembered something to help me relax and it worked. ^^ oh, and teine got a huge kick out of it... -.-'''
